Flodesk

Flodesk is an email marketing and online checkout platform operated by Flodesk, Inc., a US company whose terms of service are governed by California law.¹ A 2021 ContentGrip article reports that Flodesk was co-founded in 2019 and was bootstrapping at the time (secondary source).² For a one-person company it combines designer email templates, custom fonts, forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages, workflow automations and, on its higher plans, checkouts, sales pages and subscriptions for selling digital products.³ Checkout payments run through Stripe at Stripe's standard rate, with no Flodesk transaction fee on top, and Checkout is available to businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand and Euro Area countries.³

Flodesk retired its original flat-rate unlimited plan for new members on December 2, 2025 and now prices by active subscribers; members who subscribed to a paid plan before that date keep the legacy unlimited plan while their subscription lasts.³ At up to 1,000 subscribers, Lite is $25 a month on monthly billing or $19 a month billed annually, Pro is $28 or $25, and Everything is $54 or $49; every paid plan includes unlimited email sends.³ The Free plan builds forms, landing pages and link-in-bio pages but does not send email.³ When a list passes its tier, Flodesk moves the account to the next tier at the next billing date, with notices at 90%, 95% and 100% of the limit, so sending never stops for a plan change.³ Lite's $25 places Flodesk ninth of 13 in OneManOnly's Cheapest Paid Email Platform at 1,000 Subscribers, and How Email Platforms’ Free Tiers Changed in 2025–26 records the December 2, 2025 move from a flat price to subscriber tiers.
