MailerLite

MailerLite is an email marketing platform for campaigns, automations, landing pages, websites and sign-up forms. Its makers started as a web design agency in 2005 and launched MailerLite in 2010; the company describes itself as fully remote, with 165 people working from more than 40 countries.¹ Customers contract with MailerLite Limited, an Irish company in Dublin, when their billing address is in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, and with MailerLite, Inc., a Delaware corporation in San Francisco, everywhere else.² A one-person company uses it to send a newsletter, run welcome and sales automations, and publish simple pages and a small site without a separate website builder.³

On June 16, 2026, MailerLite cut its Free plan from 500 to 250 active subscribers and from 12,000 to 2,500 emails a month, raised it from one user seat to two, and opened up custom templates, blogs, pop-ups and the HTML editor. Free now allows 3 automations, 3 forms, 1 digital product, 1 landing page and 1 website of up to five pages.⁴ An account over the limits can’t send campaigns, run automations or add subscribers until it upgrades or cleans its list, and no account data is deleted.⁴ OneManOnly dates the change in How Email Platforms’ Free Tiers Changed in 2025–26.

The paid Comfort plan is priced by subscriber tier: $12 a month on monthly billing up to 500 subscribers, and $19 a month up to 1,000, or $17.10 a month billed yearly, with 10,000 emails a month on that tier.³ At $19 it ties for 7th of 13 platforms in Cheapest Paid Email Platform at 1,000 Subscribers. Comfort raises the caps that decide how much setup a founder can hand to the tool: 50 automations, 10 forms, 10 sites and landing pages, 5 digital products and 3 user seats.³
